Honoring our veterans

The Lime Springs Herald wants to honor our local veterans by featuring them in the Veteran’s Day special section, which will come out on Nov. 7.

Veterans or their relatives should send the vets name, which war they served during, which service area (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force or Coast Guard) and the town in which they live. Photos can also be submitted. They can be emailed to evansppc@mediacombb.net, mailed to Lime Springs Herald, P.O. Box 187, Lime Springs, Iowa 52155, or dropped off at the office on Main Street.

Information is due by Oct. 25 in order to be included in the section.
