HOWARD COUNTY, Iowa: Want a way to express your thoughts on the skills a Howard-Winneshiek Schools graduate should have? Do you desire to set forth the path of education at Howard-Winn?

Through a series of information seeking conversations, Tim Felderman, Crestwood Secondary Principal, will be seeking community input on defining the skills students should have upon graduation.

The conversation will consist of changing the focus of education, the importance of 21st Century Skills, and working smart and hard upon graduation.

All community members and business leaders are welcome to attend. Each session stands on its own. Times and locations include:

• Ridgeway – July 7: 2-4 p.m.; 5:30-7:30 p.m. – Ridgeway Community Center

• Cresco – July 8: 2-4 p.m.; 5:30-7:30 p.m. – Cresco Public Library

• Lime Springs – July 9: 2-4 p.m.; 5-7 p.m. – Lime Springs Community Center

• Elma – July 10: 2-4 p.m.; 5:30-7:30 p.m. – Elma Public Library
